This past weekend we took a trip to Budapest. We did loads of walking & sight seeing. We didn’t get to see as much as we would have liked as the poor hubs had a fever from the minute we landed! I felt so bad for him. He was miserable. Thankfully he got lots of rest during nap time and was in bed early every day. He was a trooper though, and went out with us each day so we wouldn’t waste the trip.

All in all it was beautiful. We had great weather except for the last day. We were slightly bummed but also grateful because we had accidentally thought our flight was 3 hrs later than it really was! It had started raining on our walk to the main cathedral on the Buda side so we opted to let the kiddos play in the playground across the street from our apartment and then packed early. The hubs looked at our flight info just 30 minutes before we needed to leave! Praise God for the rain! We ended up getting there with plenty of time to grab something to eat at the airport and not be rushed at all. Funny how God works things out when you least expect it.
I’d also love to share that I got these in the mail the day before we were leaving! I was SO excited & quite pleased with how comfy they were for this pregnant Momma to walk 5+ hrs a day. Love – Love – Love! If you are debating on getting a pair, trust me on this, I am a cheap-o and they are worth it. Seriously
May Group Give Away is now CLOSED!
Winner will be announced via email later today.
The collages in this post were made at PicMonkey. It was SO easy to upload my pics and transfer them in. I know I’m an avid Photoshop user, but this was way easier. I know. Naughty of me to even say – but I only speak the truth my friends.
