How I’m Feeling/Updates:
I am STILL feeling huge. And I should since my belly grew 2 freaking inches this week!!! It is now just about 41 inches around!!!!! Oh, and as far as how many weeks my uterus is measuring – yeah, that’s at 36 weeks now – that went up 2 cm too! Insane I tell you. Absolutely insane.
I had been feeling quite poorly the last few days. {Poorly is a very British word if you were wondering. Do as the Brits do right?!} Today I’m much better than the last 2 days. If I was still feeling bad today I was told by the midwives that I needed to get seen, but since I’m better and was actually able to somewhat clean my house today without feeling like I was going to die – I think I’m alright to wait until tomorrow appt. Today has just consisted of a slight headache that is tolerable with some tylenol. And I’m pretty sure a nap is in order after this post is up.
Well, we’ve been trying to still get things in order for the girls – making sure we have everything ready to go. My MIL bought a bunch of stuff on our registry so that’s a big relief. I’d rather have things sooner than later since I don’t know if I’ll end up on bed rest at any point the rest of the pregnancy and I’d rather get done what I can NOW then have to deal with it once the girls have arrived. And, I’m lucky she was buying stuff when she was because she let me know that a number of the items on our list weren’t able to be shipped to us! Ugh. So annoying. So I had to remove a bunch of things and either replace them with something similar or just deal without it & end up buying it ourselves. Oh well right??
Baby Movement:
The girls are still VERY active. I am starting to think Abigail has changed positions, but I’m not positive. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow at our scan!
Weight Gain:
I started at 127 before I got pregnant – but was trying to get down to 125. So I consider my “goal” weight to be my “start” weight so that I can judge what I’m gaining based off of where I want to be afterwards.
8 week appointment: 129 lbs
17 week appointment: 134 lbs
18 weeks: 135.6 lbs
19 weeks: 136.2 lbs
20 weeks: 137.4 lbs
21 weeks: 137.8 lbs
22 weeks: 139.2 lbs
23 weeks: 141.1 lbs
24 weeks: 144.0 lbs
25 weeks: 145.8 lbs
26 weeks: 147.4 lbs I gained 1.6 lbs this week!
Total: 20.5 lbs
Cravings:
Right before our weekly grocery trip I got this big urge for an ice cream sandwich. So, I bought a box. It came with 8 in it and we have 3 left. The boys ate 1 of them, I’ve eaten the rest. I would say that’s not too shabby since we went to the grocery on Friday and it’s already Tuesday!
Gender:

What was/is your must have item for your newborn?
You look great! I remember feeling worn out and really sore for really about the last half of the pregnancy…twins are no joke! It is amazing that our body can grow two human beings at once…such a miracle.
Hope you get your energy back soon and yay for getting items checked off the registry! I know for us we wouldn’t have kept our sanity without our baby swing…we used that thing daily until the motor burned out at about 9 months. 
That is awesome that you have a bunch of your items checked off now! I haven’t even thought to see how many inches my belly keeps getting! That’s a great idea! Hope your energy comes back soon!!
