How I’m Feeling/Updates:
And I’m still huge. I’ve been told that I’m “so tiny” for carrying twins. Well, thank you. I do appreciate it, but like most of you know – it doesn’t really matter what anyone else tells you because you still feel like a freaking cow.
My belly is now 42” around. I only grew 1 inch this week, but still people, an entire inch added to my 5-foot-nothing frame.
I had a few appointments last week. Make that a total of 3. Yes, I had to drive to Cambridge 3 days in a row. A bit of a pain, but worth it. I got to meet one of the head doctors and he was amazing. He answered so many of my questions & even got me in to get my steroid shots for the girls. I got 2 rounds of 2 shots. Yeah, my bum was quite sore. I’ll be writing up a post later this week with more of your ‘twin’ questions because I know many of you are curious as to what the deal is with them.
This weekend we finally got some beds for the boys but unfortunately we don’t have mattresses because they are all out of stock. And, well, it’s not like we’re in the states where we can just go to a different store – we just have to rely on the base getting them in. Awesome.
Today I’ve been tired and I’m pretty sure I’ve done too much – that and I think I had too much coffee because I’ve LITERALLY been in the bathroom like every 20 minutes. And I’m not even joking you. I even got worried thinking maybe I was “leaking” fluids, but I’m pretty sure with the combination of over 2 cups of coffee + all the water I have drank + 2 girls who like to shove on my bladder= lots of bathroom trips. Joy.

Baby Movement:
The girls are still VERY active. Both girls are now head down so I get LOTS of movement in the middle of my belly….and lots of shoving down low and to the side.

Weight Gain:
I started at 127 before I got pregnant – but was trying to get down to 125. So I consider my “goal” weight to be my “start” weight so that I can judge what I’m gaining based off of where I want to be afterwards.

I’m going to guess 35-36 weeks, too. If you don’t go at 34. Not that we’re hoping you go any earlier than you have to of course.
Just keep hanging in there. You really DO look GREAT!
