I contacted Michelle because I was simply tired of my "homemade" blog design. I wanted something a little more polished. She was VERY patient w/me because I had no clue what I wanted my blog to look like. I'm not gifted in the creative department, but thank goodness she is! I told her I wanted something very simple. I won a free redesign from Michelle, and she worked on it like I was a full paying customer. She was so easy to work with, and I was so indesisive for the first time in my life. I think I changed color schemes like 6 times. Through it all she worked her tail off, while trying to survive morning sickness. She even worked on her vacation to make sure the new site was launched by my birthday! Did I mention she was working for FREE?
Michelle is not only talented, but so nice and really easy to work with. I had no idea what I wanted, but Michelle looked at my blog, read my blog, and by asking a few simple questions, knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't. I first contacted Michelle to revamp my blog (blogger) since she was just starting out in design and was offering blog design as her service. I told her I was going to look into hiring someone to revamp my Big Cartel shop as well, and she jumped at the chance (and challenge) to do that as well. In the end, Michelle ended up redesigning my entire .com in WordPress, streamlining my .com, shop, and blog. She worked tirelessly to get every single detail right, and was phenomenal to work with, offering fabulous email, skype, and join.me support. I'm so fortunate to have Michelle as not only a friend, but an amazing business cohort as well. Working with Michelle was very fun and easy. I asked her if she could create a “about me” section for my blog that was “fun” to look at and a few social network buttons. I was searching for a way to spice up my new blog. A friend suggested I check out The Momma Bird. Let me tell you I was absolutely pleased! Michelle is amazing at what she does, and so easy to work with. She communicates with you quickly and works with you to make any changes you want on her mock ups. Michelle can work with your general ideas or do like I did and let her get creative. She knows her stuff and does great work! I am sooo happy that i found her and no one else.
